Every November, the town of Cheste (Valencia) hosts at the Ricardo Tormo circuit the Motul Grand Prix of the Comunitat Valenciana, the last scoring round of the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 World Championship.
An event you can't miss if you're a fan of this sport — not only for the race itself but for the huge number of parallel activities around the circuit, like the Two Wheels Fair, activities held in Cheste, the Circuit Lounge or the Sports Bar.

Accommodation for the Motul Grand Prix of the Comunitat Valenciana usually sells out, so you may have to stay far from the circuit and prices can be quite high. But we have a solution for you! Rent your Vanyou in Valencia and enjoy the Grand Prix in a different way.
If you arrive by plane, we'll pick you up at Manises Airport, Valencia. We provide all the equipment so you don't have to bring anything. Once the rental ends, if you need it, we'll take you back to the airport.
If you come in your own vehicle, you can leave it at our premises at no cost.
We can also pick you up from the train or bus station.
You can reach the circuit in half an hour.
If you don't know Valencia, perhaps you'll get the chance to stay an extra day and visit. We can give you key tips for a quick tour of the city.
Based on the opinions of our clients who've travelled with us to the Grand Prix, their recommendation is to plan your visit for four days, Thursday to Sunday.
Here's a day-by-day summary of the event:
Thursday: Riders' day. This day there's free access to the pit area. Access is via the running track. You can walk around the circuit and see it from the inside. The bikes don't ride, so you get the chance to take pictures with the riders. All you need is your ticket so they can validate your access.
Friday: first free practice session for all categories. There are two sessions during the day.
Saturday: second and final free practice sessions. There are also two sessions plus the qualifying for all categories.
Sunday: warm-up, free practice before the race and races for all categories.
In parallel, the Cheste Grand Prix also hosts:
Saturday: race 1 of the "cuna de campeones", the youth promises championship. It runs after all the "official" practice sessions.
Sunday: race 2 of the "cuna de campeones", after the "official" races.
Monday: tests for the following season, where the bikes for the upcoming year can be seen.
Did you know that alcohol consumption is not allowed inside the circuit? Although there are food and drink stalls inside and outside the circuit, prices are high. But you are allowed to bring your own food and drink. Our campervans are equipped with a fridge, kitchenware, portable stove, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor shower (cold water) and heating.
With the promo code VANYOU-MOTOGP on your booking, we'll give you an awning to set up on the van.
The organisers set up a camping area, located on the right grass of the roundabout. The camping area opens on Thursday at 8:00 am. Check the official website for fees and full information on this service: https://www.circuitricardotormo.com/zona-de-acampada-gran-premio/
It's important to know that you have to link the camping area purchase to the circuit ticket code.
It is not allowed to park in the car parks and land owned by the circuit. So you'll either have to buy your pass for the venue's camping area or stay at nearby campsites, such as Natur Caravaning https://naturcaravaning.com in Chiva (Valencia). There's a shuttle service about 5 minutes from the campsite heading to the circuit, running every 30 minutes. So you can leave the van set up at the campsite without worrying about moving it.
If you return the van on Sunday afternoon, remember to allow for possible traffic jams on the road.
We hope renting a Vanyou is your option to enjoy this exciting MotoGP event.
